Great Job CUZ
You gave your dad something to be proud
of. I know he sure is one of the greatest pickers ever to play. I didn't see anything about " Your Running Wild"? Did I over look it? Love you all
wish we still got together like we did back in the day.

Hi Ray,
You and all those other A Team players really paved the way for so many players today. The music and records you have been involved in making in your lifetime is pretty unbelievable.
I am so glad you have a web site so we can keep up with you now!

Ray, I first became aware of your playing while learning the tune "If You Want Me" by Billie Jo Spears. I replayed the song many times to get it under my fingers for a band I was with at the time.
Your steady, strong high strung flat top rhythm guitar on that track blew me away. I found myself listening to the track just to enjoy your playing. It was the first of many recordings you were on that I enjoyed.
I'm glad the liner notes on Billie Jo's album listed your name. Once I knew who you were, I looked for other tracks you'd played on. Thanks for the many hours of enjoyment spent listening to your playing.

Thank you for bringing Ray online.
In 2007 I had the pleasure to hear Ray talk about his career at the “Country Music Hall Of Fame” as part of the "Nashville Cats" series. I'm in awe of his great career.

I guess when an Edenton finally makes the big time, the family comes out of the woodwork. Sorry it took me 50 years to get here. My grandfather Ellis was your uncle. When I was growing up, all my mother could say was Ray Q. this and Ray Q. that. I've never met you and probably never will but still feel a little pride.

Hey Cuz, finally getting your own web site was way past due. You were my inspiration to get into the music business back in the late 60's. I'm still picking & singing (on the weekends) along with most of the same guys I started playing with in high school. Your uncle, Joe Edenton (Pap) was really proud of you. By the way, Bill Edenton said to give you his best! Take care.

Hi Mr. Edenton, I heard your name mentioned on TV during a tribute to Chet Atkins. My Dad live beside you on Tinnon Rd. in Goodlettsville until his death. I met you several times when we were down visiting from Cincinnati. You would come over to talk gardening with him. I had no idea the breath of your work. Your laid back attitude never once suggested your fame.
Thanks for being a good neighbor to my Dad. He would tell me about the food you and your wife would bring over. He really enjoyed your company.
